Mickaela serves as the Director of Operations at BRUSA Sports, where she ensures the smooth functioning of all internal processes. With extensive experience in operations and project management across industries such as banking, management consulting, and data science, Mickaela is adept at managing everything from athlete profiles to admissions and finances.

Academic & Athletic Background

Mickaela holds a B.Com Honours in Economics from the University of Johannesburg. While she participated in sports such as field hockey, softball, and swimming, her focus was academics. She is the first to admit she didn’t have the greatest experience at university and is therefore passionate about working with students to make sure they find the best fit for them to have a great experience internationally.
